Thank you to everyone who commented on last week's post, "What do you know about Kenya." We found out some very interesting things about Kenya:
- One of the largest slums in the world has its home in Nairobi. (This would be Kibera.)
- The majority of Kenyans are Christians.
- Kenyans have heavy accents, passionate hearts, spirit-filled energy, and the most welcoming loving heartsK. (There is so much truth in this.)
- AIDS/HIV are very prevalent in Kenya.
These are solid facts about the country you are going to. As for everyone who said they no nothing, that's fine because you will, especially while you are in the country.

Now, let's devulge a little deeper into your country. What I would like to ask is what problems does Kenya face? Are there factors that make everyday living very difficult? Are they environmental? Political? Ethnic and Social? Religious?
Let's see what we can find and report our findings back here. If you are stuck, try a news site. They are usually great for country information as well as the most up-to-date issues affecting where you are going.
