Hey brothers and sisters! Hope all is well your way! My name is Ben Moore, I am an Intercultural Studies (Missionary) major at North Greenville University in South Carolina. My family was born and raised in a small town near Myrtle Beach, SC. I am well traveled with school and in general. I committed to play football at a military school, then went to the University of South Carolina and now at North Greenville University. I have had the blessing of traveling to the Grand Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Cuba, and Mexico. Funnest moment of my life: 85 foot cliff jump in Mexico. But don't tell my mom, she would freak out! The coolest place I have been is New Orleans. I got to spend two weeks there after Katrina, and it was a really big eye-opener. So cool to minister with people who have gone through something like that.

Randoms: I love sports, will do anything that is competitive! I love the outdoors and rock climbing/cliff jumping. I think music calms the soul, and I listen to most of the styles. I love the game Ninja, which I noticed someone else does too. Have your guard up! I have an oppossite-jock side. I love to write, whether that be songs, journals, stories or blogs. They are essential to me processing thoughts. I am a morning person, and basically an all-day person so I apologize for that already. If my eyes are open then I am ready to go. I think my body runs on Zaxby's chicken, if you don't know what that is then i'm sure you will get to enjoy it in Heaven. I am 6'6, so have some tall jokes ready. I enjoy ones I have never heard.

More serious note, the Kenya area of East Africa is where my heart is. I have been truly blessed by our Father to have wonderful experiences with people from this area and man do they have my heart. These people have nothing for the most part and still choose to praise and dance for the God they love. That blows my mind. However, they need a lot of help. I have been called to move to this area after college so I am VERY excited about being there this summer. I cannot wait to play with the kids, do the hard work, and form relationships with these people that deeply impact mine and their lives. Would love to get to know you guys and be there to pray our team up. I fully expect our Father to do BIG things with us this summer, and I am ready to give everything I have to make a difference.
